Jennifer manages human resources for the organization, assists the efforts of the Comprehensive Planning team in an administrative capacity and supports the Executive Directors with a wide-range of responsibilities. Jennifer joined SWWRPC in January of 2005 after transitioning out of a thriving five-year career in sales and marketing management. Her experience booking national conferences for America’s River (Dubuque Chamber of Commerce) and marketing furniture for a high-end manufacturer (Stratus Furniture) afforded her strong multitasking and organizational skills. Her shift from grueling 80-hour workweeks in management allowed her to focus more attention on her community and her family. After the completion of their new home in rural Platteville, she and her husband welcomed their first child, a girl, in June of 2006.
