SWWRPC's Community Planning program provides communities with the technical resources and expertise to make decisions that will benefit their community now and in the future.

In 1999, the Wisconsin Comprehensive Planning Law (s. 66.1001, Wis. Stats.) was signed into law. Since then, Community Planning has assisted 125 local communities and 5 counties develop their own comprehensive plans. To access those plans, select the appropriate county tab on the left. To order a comprehensive plan on CD or in hardcopy format, please fill out the Comprehensive Plan Request Form and mail it to:
