Transportation Program - Roads, Highways, Streets
SWWRPC is involved in planning for roads, highways, and streets of Southwestern Wisconsin.
As part of this role, SWWPRC is a participant in the following organizations and projects:
- County Traffic Safety Commissions
- Lower Wisconsin River Road (A project of the Lower Wisconsin State Riverway Board)
- Mississippi River Parkway Commission (Great River Road)
- Dubuque Area Metropolitan Area Transportation Study (DMATS) (Our local Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO))
- Wisconsin Department of Transportation Planning Efforts
- Tri-State Alliance
SWWRPC also meets on-the-ground needs relating to roads, highways, and streets. If you have any concerns that you would like to discuss, please contact us. Some of the services we are able to provide, include:
