Community Maps Roadwork Pilot Project

The Community Maps Roadwork Pilot Project beta site provides an online dynamic map interface using the open Google Maps API to provide roadwork and crash data for the counties of Grant, Green, Iowa, Lafayette, and Richland in southwestern Wisconsin.

Initiated by the Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, the project is being developed at the TOPS Lab in partnership with the Midwest Regional University Transportation Center (MRUTC) and WisDOT. NHTSA funding was recently awarded by the Wisconsin Traffic Records Coordinating Committee.
