Misty is the newest member of Team SWWRPC and will serve as the Local Government Services Specialist. In her role, she plans to help make a positive impact on Southwest Wisconsin and assist county and local governments with making it better every day for the residents and visitors of their areas!

Misty is a Wisconsin native who began her work in government shortly after obtaining her Associates Degree in Accounting. She has worked in many aspects of local government including a Clerk, Treasurer, Utility Billing Clerk, Customer Service, and most recently a City Administrator after obtaining her Bachelor of Science Degree from Upper Iowa University in Public Administration.

Misty has two children, one adult son, and one who is in his final years of High School. In her free time,  she loves spending time with her children, fur baby Bear, family, and friends.  Surround her with family and friends, a good book, a body of water and fishing poles, and she is in her happy place! There is so much joy to be found, right here at home in Southwest Wisconsin, and her absolute favorite is to take it all in – Farmer’s Markets, Local Music, Witnessing the Beautiful Driftless during every season, County Fairs, and the many different food/restaurant options of the area!
