The purpose of the CEDS (Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy) is to answer the following question: How will we build capacity for economic development in southwestern Wisconsin?
Updated every five years, the CEDS explores our region’s history, present economic landscape, and economic opportunities. SWWRPC partners with local economic development stakeholders to identify strategic priorities that will guide EDA (Economic Development Administration) funding in the region.
