Economic Flood Recovery Strategy

This Economic Flood Recovery Strategy was created by Southwestern Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (SWWRPC), in partnership with the U.S Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The purpose of the Strategy is to generate economic recovery for flooded communities, while working to continuously promote predisaster mitigation strategies designed to build resistant businesses and jobs in disaster-prone communities.
